We provide water to pilgrims and Umrah visitors, delivering it to the places and times of greatest need. Water is life, and every act of Suqia leaves an impact.
Pilgrim Water Project (Mina Charity)
The Pilgrim Water Project (Mina Charity) began in 1996 as an extension of Prince Mutib bin Abdulaziz’s commitment—may God have mercy on him—to serving the Guests of God. It provides chilled water to pilgrims in Mina and continues its mission through an integrated operating system focused on service quality and sustainability, keeping pace with the continued development of services for pilgrims.
Developing the Zamzam System
The Zamzam System Development Project forms part of the SAR 100 million Zamzam Development Portfolio, implemented in partnership with the General Authority for Awqaf and the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. It develops the Zamzam water distribution system and improves its operational efficiency and sustainability, strengthening service quality for visitors to the Two Holy Mosques and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 objectives for services provided to the Guests of God.
Wells
Wells represent a sustainable extension of Prince Mutib bin Abdulaziz’s legacy—may God have mercy on him—in the field of water provision. The Foundation continues to operate, maintain, and develop them, helping strengthen water security, support local communities, and sustain water resources.

Seasonal Water Projects
The Foundation implements seasonal water projects in locations that receive high numbers of the Guests of God during seasons of worship. These projects provide water wherever it is most needed and improve the quality of services for pilgrims, Umrah visitors, and other visitors. They are delivered in partnership with endowment and charitable organizations, embodying integrated efforts to serve the Guests of God and sustaining the mission of water provision throughout the year.
